- Advising and coaching executive teams on VP, "C" level and Presidential profiles and requirements, compensation plans, stock option and stock ownership plans and employment contracts.
- Start-up Board Member with experience in the full business cycle - multi-million dollar financings, periods of growth and periods of retraction, acquisitions and company closures.

- Evaluation of potential company viability: review of 100's of business plans and 100+ meetings with entrepreneurs / founders with focus on: financial viability and requirements, market positioning, business model potential for revenue generation, technological competitive advantage and barrier to entry, share capitalization, team expertise and team completeness.
- Seamless and results oriented performance management system tailoring and implementation.
